Sunbathing.
Sometimes i just close my eyes and take in the sun, so the next time that i’m back home, or having a bad day or the weather is moody, i close my eyes and i can imagine myself back in that moment, when i was enjoying the sun on my face. It’s therapeutic. You should try it.
